So, my first ever blog entry. I've never been able to keep a journal, so welcome to my experiment. My goal is to make this primarily a food blog, but I make no apologies for other random things making an appearance. Inspiration comes from chocolatesuze, a Sydney food blogger and former high school buddy whose blog makes me want to lick the screen and keeps me entertained during quiet times at work. The problem is I no longer live in Sydney and I don't get the chance to sample the food I see. So this blog is focused on the NSW Mid North Coast, the food contained therein, and my attempts to eat, cook or grow as much of it as possible.
